The first is congestion.
The phenomenon of blocking usually has three forms, 1 is ice gambling, 2 is dirty blocking, and 3 is oil blocking.
Blockage refers to the blockage of pipes, holes, valves, and special components of the system. Commonly blocked components include oil, ice, and debris. Taking ice as an example, throttling causes the temperature to drop. If there is water in the system, the icing will block the orifice of the throttle valve. There are various reasons. The condition for water icing is that the system contains water or comes from system maintenance. The vacuum is not complete, the internal air contains moisture; or the refrigerant is filled with moisture.
The common causes of oil blockage are deterioration of refrigerating oil, inconsistent brand and equipment, high freezing point, mixed use of refrigerators, etc.; while dirty blockage is caused by impurities in the system, such as incomplete sewage impurities, welding pipe remnants, etc. Therefore, in the normal operation of refrigeration equipment, attention should be paid to observe the blocking phenomenon, determine the cause and then deal with it.
The second is abnormal noise.
It is normal for the refrigeration equipment to work normally, and there is a sound. If there are abnormal and irregular abnormal noises, special attention should be paid to the negligence of the refrigeration equipment administrator, which caused tens of thousands of abnormal noises of the compressor to burn out the bearings and difficult to repair. Finally scrapped!
The reasons for the abnormal noise of the compressor are foreign matter in the rotor; the bearing is worn and cracked; the movement connecting member is loose; the oil pump is faulty.

The third is overpressure.
Overpressure refers to the phenomenon that the refrigeration system container is subjected to excessive pressure, such as super high condensing pressure, increase of saturated steam pressure, refrigerant gas leakage in a closed space, and so on.
There are condensers, evaporators, etc. where overpressure occurs. The pressure is higher than the specified value due to the non-condensable gas, excessive liquid, and excessive lubricating oil inside.
If the refrigerant leaks in the warehouses and workshops where refrigerants are stored, and the enclosed spaces are at the same time, refrigerant accumulation is likely to form, posing a threat to personal safety, and suffocation and poisoning may occur.

The fourth is over-temperature.
Low temperature is widely used in industry, especially in the fields of low temperature freezing, chemical industry, and new materials. Metal becomes brittle at low temperature and is prone to rupture, which poses a safety threat to container and equipment operators.
There are also low-temperature download refrigerants that will freeze, causing irreversible damage to pipes, valves, and containers. In 2020, a company failed to add antifreeze in time, causing a cooling water icing accident, freezing in the pipeline, bursting, and damage to the equipment compressor, resulting in considerable losses.
