The Shantou High-speed Railway has a total length of 202.8 kilometers and a designed driving speed of 350 kilometers per hour. Construction will start in 2019 and the construction period will be four years. The project has a total length of 20.67 kilometers within the Shenshan Cooperation Zone, and its main projects include "one station, seven tunnels, ten bridges and eleven roadbeds".
Among them: one station is Shenshan Station, with a total length of 1,763 meters; the seven tunnels are Jianshanji Tunnel, Shanpaishan Tunnel, Shangcheng Mingdong Tunnel, Heshan Tunnel Entrance, Qiutangshan Tunnel, Xincheng Tunnel, and Santuling Entrance Tunnel ;The ten bridges are the Yongshi Avenue Bridge, Huangyekeng Bridge, Dapu Lite Bridge, Shanpaishan Bridge, Pingshan Bridge, Heshan Bridge, Youganpu Bridge, Qiutang Bridge, Chishi Bridge, Santuling Bridge The middle bridge and the eleventh roadbed range from 27.4 meters to 606.2 meters in length respectively.
