The 3-ton 24-hour cube ice maker CV3000 is the most popular ice maker in small and medium-sized ice plants. It occupies little land and saves more electricity than the small cube ice machine (less than 300 pounds in 24 hours).
Product features
1. The production process of the ice mold has been improved on the basis of the previous generation of the new model. The surface of the ice mold can resist the corrosion of 60% concentrated nitric acid, thus solving the problem of clear and difficult scaling. The machine can run stably for a long time.
2. Anti-vibration tube coding is adopted at the ice outlet, which can effectively reduce the vibration of the hot air flow on the connecting pipe of the ice mold during deicing, and reduce the possibility of cracking of the refrigeration tube.
3. Icesource's special ice-making evaporator has passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification, and passed the U.S. HCCP certification. It uses alloy solder with 42% silver content. Welding shall be carried out in a high temperature oven. No cold welding, no welding. There is no weld or broken weld on each ice maker in spring. The thickness of copper plate and copper grid is 1.2 mm, which ensures sufficient strength to resist the expansion force generated during the icing process. The surface treatment adopts nickel niobium alloy electroplating to ensure that the whole ice machine is clean and sanitary.
