Guangzhou XXX Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading in vitrodiagnosis enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, service andeducation and training of pathological diagnosis technology. Due to thecompany's development requirements, a new set of pharmaceutical coldstorage has been required.
The cold storage is equipped with 2 sets of completely independentrefrigeration units, one for use and the other for standby (the tworefrigeration systems are the same).Each set of cold storage includescompressor, condenser, evaporator, various types of copper pipes, cables,refrigeration accessories, etc. Two sets of refrigeration units can operate inturn, automatically switch over in case of failure, and automatically activatethe standby unit over temperature. lt has automatic timing and forced defrosting functions, and the storage temperature is controlled evenly. Therefrigeration unit must ensure a sufficient margin of 10% to 15% on thebasis of the required cooling capacity.
There is a remote monitoring system here that can observe the temperatureof each warehouse at any time, check and record the deviation between thecurrent temperature and the set temperature.lt has the alarm function ofthe maximum and minimum temperature values to automatically start orstop the operation of the cold storage.
