The client company is located in Linxi City, Shandong Province, and is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of chemical pigments.
Due to environmental policy requirements, the entire production base was moved from Zhejiang to Linxi Industrial Zone.

During the production of pigments, there will be a chemical reaction of diazotization. The diazotization temperature is 5-10°C, and the reaction time is about 10 minutes. It is necessary to concentrate a large amount of ice in a short period of time to quickly lower its temperature to ensure that the pigment reacts at a stable temperature, otherwise a good diazotization effect will not be obtained and the reaction quality will be affected.
