Deep-sea fish live in deep-sea areas below 100 meters, and their fishing methods are pelagic deep-sea trawling or hook fishing. Equipped with a sterilization and disinfection device, it can completely remove bacteria from the air and food surface, eliminate the mutual contamination of food caused by water thawing and natural thawing, and meet the requirements of food hygiene.
During the thawing process, the difference between the center temperature and the surface temperature of the frozen product is within the minimum range, so that the frozen product is thawed evenly from the inside to the outside. Eliminates the phenomenon of dripping during food thawing, the weight loss rate of food after thawing can be controlled within 1.5%, and the freshness of food surface color is not significantly different from that before quick-freezing, so that the thawed products basically maintain the freshness before quick-freezing.

Pre-chill the medium with flake ice.
