Fruits and vegetables are stored in the warehouse for a long time, and the water will slowly evaporate during the period, which not only reduces the weight of the fruits and vegetables, but also shrinks the fruits and vegetables and affects their commercial value. Therefore, the relative humidity in the fruit and vegetable warehouse needs to be controlled well.
The relative humidity of the fruit and vegetable storage can be adjusted by adjusting the evaporation temperature in the refrigeration system of the cold storage. For example, if you want to adjust the relative humidity of the cold storage at 90%, you can adjust the evaporating temperature of the cold storage refrigeration system to 5-6℃ lower than the storage temperature. If you want to control the relative humidity in the cold storage at 80%, you can adjust the cold storage refrigeration system. The evaporating temperature is adjusted to 6~7℃ lower than the storage temperature. When you want to control the relative humidity in the cold storage at 75%, you can adjust the evaporating temperature of the cold storage refrigeration system to 7~9℃ lower than the storage temperature. That is, temperature and relative humidity cooperate with each other and restrict each other.
