The hub project is located in Lanshan County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province. Large (2) reservoirs that are mainly used for irrigation, combined with water supply, and taking into account power generation. The normal storage level of the reservoir is 342.50 meters, the design flood level is 342.91 meters, the check flood level is 343.93 meters, the total storage capacity is 116.5 million cubic meters, and Xingli storage capacity is 92 million cubic meters.
