Maintenance supplement of ice rake system
Before starting, the main power switch and control power switch must be turned on for more than 8 hours. The oil heater heats the compressor oil to 45-50 ℃ to fully gasify the refrigerant in the compressor oil, so as to prevent machine wear or liquid impact on the compressor from affecting the service life of the compressor. Especially in case of long shutdown time after oil change or power on, the compressor oil must be preheated before unit startup.
With the operation of the air compressor, when the air enters the air tank, the moisture in the atmosphere remains in the air tank, which will reduce the air storage capacity. Therefore, we need to unscrew the drain pipe at the bottom of the water tank every week. It should be noted that when it is necessary to cut off the power supply of the air compressor and reuse the air tank, we need to empty the air tank. After draining the water, we need to close the drain valve and safety valve of the water tank and reconnect the power supply of the air compressor. And after the air compressor is filled with air, we can start to harvest ice. Otherwise, it is easy to open the door for a long time and trigger the unit to strengthen the door limit switch protection alarm.
The ice rake system needs regular maintenance, including ice rake (ice rake, rotary bearing, rotary table and chain, etc.) and lifting device (lifting wire rope and chain), which need regular oil lubrication. Otherwise, these equipment will be worn more seriously and their service life will be greatly reduced.
In the process of ice making and collecting, attention must be paid to whether the ice rake is deformed. If the ice rake is seriously deformed, please stop the machine, eliminate the ice rake deformation fault, and replace it with a new ice rake.
