First, how big is the cube ice? We have two types for option:

The bigger size 29x29x22mm is very popular in hot area, such as Middle East, Southeast Asia, while the smaller size 22x22x22mm is popular in Europe, South Asia, South America etc. The thickness can be adjusted by water level.

ü What should I provide when send you the inquiry?
Know your market needs, how many tons required per day? What kind of ice clients prefer? Is it for human consumption or for fishery.
ü What is the power form? Can it run with our single phase voltage?
Most our ice machine should run under three phase industrial voltage, in Africa, most country are 380V,50Hz,3P, in America, most are 220V,60Hz,3P
ü I have no location to install it? What hould I prepare for a ice plant.
You may try our containerized type, the container is not just for shipping, also need you buy it to be part of your ice plant.
For a ice plant, need you prepare the three phase voltage, clean water for ice cube making.
ü What if ice machine broken down?
If it is for the machine's own quality problem, we will be responsible for it. Will will guide you to fix it. If it can't be repaired, we will provide you replacement for free.
But if it is caused for inappropriate operation and if we need change the components , we need charge for the components.

The deposit at least 30%, after we receive your deposit, we will start to produce the machine for you. The balance 70% should be paid before shipping
