● The high power water agitator replaces the common water pump, making the ice block machine more energy efficient. Ice making power consumption has decreased from 110kW·h to 74kW·h/ton.
● The agitator in a freezer speeds up the brine flow, which shortens the time it takes for ice to form and improves the refrigeration effect of the whole machine. Agitators are also much more durable than water pumps.
● Ice-making tanks are lined with 80mm thick polyurethane insulation material. This provides excellent thermal protection.
