The 4 ton 24 hour ice slicer BF4000 is a medium capacity ice maker. This capacity is suitable for many small fish processing plants, or small fish pre-cooling requirements. Air cooled condensers can still be used for this capacity. So it's a good choice for the island's fishing industry.
