10 Tons/day Crystal Tube Ice Machine With Automatic Controlling System
The tube ice machine is composed of a tube ice maker, a liquid receiver, a steam collecting valve, an electric control cabinet, various valves and connecting pipelines. The main equipment is a tube ice maker, the main body of which is a vertical shell-and-tube device. The heat exchange tube runs through the upper and lower tube sheets, and there is a water tank at the top and bottom. During the freezing process, the refrigerant evaporates in the main body and absorbs the heat of the water flowing down from the upper water tank along the inner wall of the heat exchange tube. The water is frozen into ice attached to the inner pipe wall, and when the thickness of the ice reaches the requirement, the deicing begins. At this time, hot steam is introduced into the shell of the evaporator, so that the ice formed on the inner tube wall falls off, cut off by the ice cutter rotating at the bottom, and discharged along the ice outlet. The tube ice machine is mainly used for daily consumption, vegetable preservation, fishing boat aquatic product preservation, chemical process, civil engineering and other places that need ice supply.
